Meditations offer a quiet space for reflection, self-regulation, and returning to steadiness.

These short videos are meditations in themselves — some nature-based, others featuring my sculptures. They are not guided Havening sessions. Instead, they offer simple, steady spaces you can Haven along to — a place to soften, settle, and come back to yourself.

If you’re new to Havening, you can begin by watching for a few minutes and letting your hands do what they know. If you’re already familiar with the touch, these videos can also support integration between sessions.

Return to these recordings whenever you need a gentle place to pause and begin again.
