Terms & Booking Policies

These Terms & Booking Policies apply to services, sessions, consultations, and training booked through Havening Vancouver.

1. General

By booking a session, consultation, or training offering, you agree to these Terms & Booking Policies.

2. Appointments and scheduling

Appointments and training sessions are offered by advance booking and are subject to availability.

Bookings may be made through this website or through approved scheduling links.

3. Payment

Payment is due as stated at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

For training programs or packages, payment plans may be available when specifically offered.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency or at my discretion.

5. Packages

If you purchase a session package or training package:

  • packages are intended for the person who purchased them unless otherwise stated
  • unused sessions are not redeemable for cash

6. Refunds

Refunds are not typically provided for completed sessions, completed consultations, or partially used packages.

For training programs, digital materials, or reserved spaces, refund requests are handled according to the terms shared at the time of registration.

7. Right fit

In some cases, a service, training path, or session format may not be the best fit. I reserve the right to recommend a different option, pause services, or decline to proceed where appropriate.

8. Scope of services

Services offered through Havening Vancouver are provided within the scope described on the website and at the time of booking. They are not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, or medical care.

9. Technology and online sessions

Online sessions and training depend on stable internet and suitable technology on both sides. While every effort is made to provide a smooth experience, occasional technical issues may occur.

If a session is significantly affected by a technical problem, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or complete the session fairly.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, written materials, and original training or educational materials provided through Havening Vancouver remain the property of Lynn Demers unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

11. Changes

Services, pricing, policies, and website content may be updated from time to time.
